Charlie Schuck works as a photographer, director, and creative consultant. Growing up on an island in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States, Charlie was instilled with a reverence for the natural world, its mysteries, and its various qualities of light. While studying photography, Charlie spent much of his formative years photographing the industrial design projects of friends and roommates. What began as casual documentation quietly shaped his way of seeing, fostering a lasting affection for the discipline and its attention to form, function, and intention, while also nurturing an interest in how objects carry imagination, meaning, and story. His interest in design, history, and display has led to numerous curatorial and cross-disciplinary art projects with museums, galleries, companies, and individuals.
